2. Services & Tokens

Perfection Studio operates on a credit-based system called "Tokens".

  • Tokens are purchased in packs and added to your account balance immediately.
  • Tokens are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Using our AI generation tools consumes tokens as indicated on the tool interface.

3. User Content & License

You retain full ownership of the images you upload ("Input Images") and the images generated ("Output Images"). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not use your private images to train our public AI models.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, hateful, explicit, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to ban users who violate this policy without refund.

5. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for perfection, AI generation can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that every result will meet your specific artistic expectations.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
